Herbs and Natural Products: I respect and am comforted, inspired and intrigued by herbs and natural products. Each time, I learn about a new plant or ingredient, I am reminded of how wonderfully the earth nurtures, nourishes and heals.

1970s and 80s, riding in the back of a wood paneled station wagon with my sister, friends, and our mothers to Glut, a beloved co-op.

Smelling the various spices, herbs, incense, and soaps while strolling across the hard wood floor.

This primed my nose for the aromatic value of botanicals.

Successfully mixing an herbal recipe to address a skin issue, after cringing at the laundry list of possible side effects from a prescribed medicine

Hair: I love the expressive identity of hair. It is one of the first things that you notice about a person and when its remarkable, one of the last things that you forget. It expresses personal style while connecting us to others. All over the globe, healthy hair is sought after and a sign of good health, vitality and beauty

When hair is healthy and loved, it grows and shines. I’ve spent years researching and trying countless products and recipes for healthy hair. Our signature oil is the third formulation with a blend of herbs and oils thoughtfully chosen from ancient and modern recipes from all over the world.
